I run my beauty business from my family home that I keep organised and tidy! Happiness in the home means keeping tidy clear surfaces. A place for everything is important for my wellbeing.
I have always been tidy! If I’m ever at a restaurant, bar or shop, I always look up, and if it’s a right mess we won’t be going there! Is that awful, do you do that too!?
Clutter free environments are calming, almost satisfying. Nobody would relax thinking aww this is lovely if bins are overflowing, and general things not put away! I love my home and want other people to love it too.
Nothing Brings You Peace But Yourself
For me, I do love a good move around. I’ve always chuckled about the fact that you could never run through my family home growing up. You never knew where the furniture would be! I do understand that not everybody does this moving round stuff thing, but it really is good for my soul.
I absolutely love trying new products, lotions, potions and treatments. And of course supporting local people and businesses. Through Wit Woo I have made friends with people and had a fabulous time at Penny Price. They share knowledge enhancing everyone’s perception of aromatherapy. After writing this I will be finding out about the shop in Hinckley and what kind of days and courses are available!
Be Good To Yourself
Let me tell you it’s all in the reflexes! OMG I’ve just had reflexology at Equilibrium in Burbage. It was really amazing. Feet are quite sensitive and believed to have points that relate to every part of the body. Stimulating these points is meant to release blockages in the related body part. Free flowing energy, whatever the health claims the relaxation alone will help you feel calmer. So why don’t you try out your local reflexologist like I have.
Mmmm thinking about a blissful treatment such as an aromatherapy massage or a facial!
